N-W Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/NRC.{N. R. Chandler} 361 Br/M5/A.{Mr Adams} 9.3.39 re Chassis 3-AZ-226 - The Rt.Hon.Lord Rea Your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/NRC{N. R. Chandler}2/MH.{M. Huckerby}8.3.39. With regard to the clutch on this car, we are quite certain that its condition was entirely due to mal-treatment, and it has been dealt with as such by the Inspection Department with the driver. In view of this, is it still necessary for us to send the plate to you, as, of course, there is no mechanical defect of any description. If the owner is not charged for the replacement, it will be entirely as a matter of policy. Br/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} | ||
