Owner's Complaint Report N.1667.

We note that the clutch linings of the above car appear to be worn and burnt. In view of the fact that we have hitherto regarded Thermoid as being almost free from wear we would be particularly interested to examine this plate, and we would be glad if you would send it to us. Will Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} kindly let the writer have this plate on arrival at Derby.

We would also be glad to have any remarks you may be able to give us concerning the driving habits of this owner or his driver.
