KELVIN BOTTOMLEY & BAIRD LTD. KBB GLASGOW & LONDON X634 THE K.B.B. VIBROMETER. FIG. 1. The K.B.B. VIBROMETER provides a ready means for the detection and investigation of vibration, especially in connection with running machinery. The frequency magnitude and direction of the vibration are indicated, so that information pointing to the cause of vibration is obtained, thus enabling the engineer to eliminate the trouble. Its application to turbines and turbine-driven plant will commend the instrument to engineers in charge of such plant, since the Vibrometer provides a means by which the commencement of vibration trouble is immediately detected.
