Re: Mr. Howlett.

We have replied to Mr. Howlett's letter to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} as per attached, so presumably you will receive the car in due course.

Sometime ago we ran on a 20 H.P. in France a new scheme to prevent second speed jumping out of mesh, but did not standardise it,as at the time there were very few complaints. We have six sets of parts in this Department which have never been used. If you like we will issue a Depot Sheet for their use, and let you have them.
