9. B.V. Chassis 15,000 miles trials.

This chassis is to be brought up to the specification as for the first production Bentley V's this is issued in HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WSC.{W. S. Cassel}1/BA.16.1.39. LK.{L. King} was instructed to thoroughly go through same, with a view of arriving at a completion date.

10. B.V. Chassis.

The outstanding points to complete this chassis for the coachbuilders are the Radiator and Bonnet.
FS.{F. Steele} promised the details for Marstons by Friday 20.1.39. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. was requested to obtain the Radiator before the end of the month.
It was agreed, that to avoid any delay, this chassis could be despatched to the Coachbuilders minus the bonnet, but this would be required a week later.
By/NS.{Norman Scott} was requested to urge the details.
It must be remembered that this chassis is fitted with temporary, Steering Column, Rear Axle, Front Suspension. etc., we should be in a position to fit correct details when the car is returned from the Coachbuilders.

14. B.V. Chassis. (Continental)

To be despatched to the Coachbuilders by Friday. February 20th.

a.{Mr Adams} The frame is promised by Thompsons for the 21st.
b. FS.{F. Steele} stated that the Dashboard was advancing, but the mounting details would require urging, this has been done.
