Bailey - Chief Engineer} /NS. {Norman Scott} was aksed to give a promise at the next meeting, regarding the details for fixing Armstrong, or Armstrong type Rear Dampers. d. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Petrol Tank PD.359. Design promised 18.1.39. By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /NS. {Norman Scott} to urge detail drawings This tank must be fitted before the car goes to the Coachbuilders. e. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Front and Rear Brakes, Hubs. etc. By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /NS. {Norman Scott} promised to complete all details by next week end. f. {Mr Friese} 2nd Crossmember. By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /NS. {Norman Scott} reported that this was drawn and was urging Blueprints g. {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Bonnet and Undershields to be produced by Paulin.. h. {Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Starting Handle. By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /NS. {Norman Scott} stated that this would not be required. i. Temporary Instrument Board to be fitted. j. {Mr Johnson W.M.} Wiring in Frame. TT to leave long lengths at the front to enable Coachbuilders to wire up the lamps etc. k. {Mr Kilner} Lamps, Horns, etc. supplied by Paulin. l. Radiator. Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Std. was requested to obtain same before end of the month, m. {Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Rear Axle. - .650 off s-t Hypoid gears. By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /NS. {Norman Scott} promised to complete all detail drawings by the end of this week. 3.B.50 Chassis. This chassis is awaiting the Petrol Tank and Bonnet. to complete before sending to the Coachbuilders. we have instructed the Petrol Tank 19.1.38, requesting necessary overtime to complete as soon as possible. FS. {F. Steele} was requested to follow up. TT. to note that a temporary Instrument Board is to be fitted, complete with correct instruments. It must be remembered that this chassis is also built up with temporary Axle, Steering, Suspension etc. the correct details are to be urged, so that as soon as it comes back from the coachbuilders they will be ready for fitment. continued. | ||
