Sidgreaves - MD}4/D31.7.30. high performance, i.e. maximum speed, as the Rolls-Royce, and the main thing that I have been concerned about is whether we were satisfied before we send 200 Left-Hand Phantom II's to America that they are adequately cooled and that we shall not run into overheating troubles of a troublesome and expensive nature. I gathered from you at our conference at Derby last week that you were quite satisfied on this point and I have merely added the remarks above in regard to the comparative tests with America in order to make the position quite clear.
