We are responsible for plugs, oils and spares generally. We note in the Regulations that the Starting Handle hole should be sealed up. We should like to know what the R.A.C. would like us to do in this connection. While the car is at the Coachbuilders we should be glad if you would get them to improve the fixing of the driving seat.
