COPY OF TELEGRAM RECEIVED FROM MR. ROYCE ON 6th. FEBRUARY, 1920 RE REAR SPRINGS.

BARRINGTON MAKERS MUST DISCONTINUE SPLITTING REAR SPRINGS AT ONCE stop DO NOTHING TO DELAY OUTPUT OF CHASSIS stop USE STOCK OF SPLIT PLATES FOR LIGHT SPRINGS AND SOLID ONES FOR HEAVY CARS stop FIT REAR SHOCK DAMPERS TO ALL CHASSIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE REDUCING MAXIMUM EFFORT FROM NINETY TO SIXTY POUNDS BECAUSE THESE AND THEIR FIXING ARE UNSUITABLE FOR HEAVIER STRESS.

ROYCE.
