DERBY.
Dear Mr. Robotham,
Thanks very much for yours of the 10th inst., Your opinion seems to coincide with mine.
While writing on this subject I would like to mention that our Mr. Fellowes is discussing with your London people to-day the question of the bad behaviour of the modified Silent tyre which you are at present taking. It is a pity that this matter is still in the air, but in order to hasten developments we are putting in hand a mould of the 7.00 - 21 size, in the latest pattern which you had for trial. We already have a mould for 7.00 - 20, and as you have heard from Mr. Fellowes - we have already ordered moulds in the sizes required for your new models.
Yours faithfully,
For THE DUNLOP RUBBER CO LTD.,
A Healey
Works Director.
