For the attention of Mr. Bond. Dear Sir, With reference to your letter of the 6th.inst. We have decided that the modified form of Silent Tread Tyre will be the standard equipment for our cars in the immediate future. Whilst it may be a week or two before the official change-over is made, we have satisfied ourselves that the new tyre is what is required and any further delay will be due to commercial reasons. Yours faithfully, For Rolls-Royce Ltd. | ||
