Your notes on the performance of the consumption of this car are interesting.

Unless we succeed in getting the required result with the exhaust heated inlet manifold, we shall have to use radiator shutters.

For the Senior Range and 8-cyl. cars, we shall have no room for anything but the pre-war outside thermostatically operated shutters.

On the 6-cyl. we may be able to get lighter and cheaper bakelite shutters behind the matrix.
