10,000 MILES TEST ON 9-G-111.

We attach a copy of a report from Chateauroux giving particulars of the failure of the rear spring on 9-G-111. This is the first occasion we have had a rear spring break in France. The spring which has failed has previously run 10,000 miles in France.

The point of interest is that the safety dogs which are fitted to the rear shackle were sheared off when the spring failed.
