To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/MJ.4.11.31. R.R.A.I. We attach herewith a letter from Mr. Ross at Springfield. We should like for it to be arranged that we do get to know what complaints are experienced on Phantom 11 cars in U.S.A. Attached herewith are also some photographs which he sent of Phantom 11 cars in America. We suggest that it would be nice if you sent photographs of some of our latest cars. It is rather interesting to hear from them that the Sports Car is the best seller they have. When I was in U.S.A. at the time when Mr. Hosac was there, he said that he would like to get over a complete Sports Car from here. If this is not possible then I think we should send photographs and particulars of our Sports Cars, and offer some useful criticisms of the one they show in the photograph - this should not be very difficult.
