With reference to Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/Sd2/HR.12.1.37, I attach an itemised additional quarterly Complaint Form, which I think covers the information you require. I give below the detailed information that you require:- Under the heading of item No.11 - 5, 4¼ and 17, 3½. Of the 5 - 4¼:- 3 were front actuating shafts that had tightened up. 2 Front Brake hand adjusters that had seized. Of the 17, 3½ litres:- 7 were rear shoe anchorages seized. 1 Front shoe anchorage seized. 3 Hand Brake Actuating Shafts seized. 2 Front Brake Hand Adjusters seized. 2 Front Brake Actuating Shafts seized. 2 Rear Brake Actuating Shafts seized.
