Dear Sirs,

We beg to acknowledge, with thanks, receipt of your letter of the 12th inst and note that you have been unable to reproduce the failure of the D.W.S. jacking system as complained of by us.

The test carried out by you at Messrs. Barkers was hardly the same as ours and we shall be pleased to demonstrate our test to you here in Derby at your convenience. If you will give us a days notice of your visit we will arrange to have the jacks refitted to the car and so avoid any delay.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LIMITED.
