Dunlop Wire-Wheels with Goodyear Rim
with removable flange for straight-side tyre. [Text crossed out]

The Dunlop Rim & Wheel Co.Ltd. have been informed by their London Depot that Hoopers, the coachbuilders, have complained of a wheel or wheels of this pattern being unsatisfactory.

We do not appear to have received the complaint here and we are anxious to know whether the complaint refers to the wheels of a chassis of our manufacture, or whether it has no direct reference to us.

If the complaint refers to the wheels of a chassis supplied by us, please send us full particulars as soon as possible. As far as we know, the only chassis delivered up to now with this type of wheel for an English customer is the chassis for Fred Karno and the wheels of that chassis are larger in diameter than standard.
