X.3563. - RE WATER TEMPERATURE REGULATOR 40/50 H.P. CHASSIS.

When it is desired to drain a car fitted with the watertemperature regulator, unless the valve seat of the top regulator valve is poor, the water should ne held up owing to the lock formed by the valve.

Would you kindly arrange to have a small hole drilled through the valve disc to form an air leak and th enable the water to drain away without fail.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
