Referring to your Hsl/LG25124, P.N.S. requested me to forward to you by the car which leaves Conduit Street daily for Derby a Folberth Windscreen wiper. We found that such a wiper was already fitted to the car when it left London, but to avoid any possible delay we forwarded another wiper to you by today's car, and will arrange for this to be charged to the Experimental Dept.
