Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hsl/LG14.12.23. D 15 DEC 1923 RECEIVED With reference to D25/DL13.12.23, attached. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} has evidently been wrongly informed. Cars are taken out of the private gate from the Expl: Dept. This has been agreed to by CJ. No cars are allowed to go out however, unless they have a pass-out ticket and comply with exactly the same regulations as if the car goes out of the main gate. There is a Log which is open for inspection at any time. If D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} can give us particulars of a car which has gone out of the Works without being properly booked out, we should be pleased to know of it because it would be against definite instructions. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} [Handwritten] D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Will thu do please 14-12-23 | ||
