GOSHAWK 11. PETROL TANK FILLER. X4266

There have been a number of cases of the cap for the petrol tank filler being lost on the Goshawk [Handwritten: DOHA]. The only reason we can see for this is that the cap has not been properly fixed after the petrol has been put in.

We see no reason why this should not occur to the same degree when in the hands of customers.

To avoid losing the cap we recommend it is held on by a light chain anchored inside the filler. This would also provide a convenient method of holding the cap when the petrol was being poured in the tank.
