We have observed that other makers of ignition distributors invariably get a longer life for their sparking points than we do. The combination of metals they use is brass for the distributor points and nickel for the H.T. rotor blade. we use all stainless steel. We should like to try the experiment on our distributor of using this brass and nickel combination and we should be glad if you will arrange for a set to be instructed for test.
