Of all the small cars we have recently tried, there is no doubt that the Vauxhall is far and away the best for rapid warming up. This must, to a certain extent, be attributed to the type of thermostatically controlled unbalanced hot spot that they use, because they do not have any under-bonnet temperature control. On the Wisp, therefore, which has the exhaust and inlet on the same side, we should reproduce as far as possible, the Vauxhall hot-spot set-up. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
