To reduce detonation.
Experimental Test Report.
Fitted to 15-EX and ran 10,000 miles in France.
Fitted to 14-EX and 10-EX ran 5000 and 8000 miles respectively on these cars.
Road Test Report.
Ran 10,000 miles in France. Detonation considerably reduced, increased power giving higher speeds and quicker acceleration.
[X] A Scrap and replace at all cars, including Chassis already delivered to Customers.
[ ] B Scrap and replace on Chassis in Works.
[ ] C Scrap present stock and replace on all Chassis not yet handed to test.
