Dear Sirs, On my last visit to your Works in relation to a set of our Supreme Tyres which we supplied to you for test purposes, we understand that these proved extremely silent, but that they did not prove satisfactory when tested in London for non-skidding properties. We asked you whether you would be good enough to supply us with details as to the type of skidding experienced, i.e. whether it was likely to be in the forward or lateral direction, and it was promised that this information would be obtained. If there is any more data available now, we should be very much obliged if you would inform us, or the writer would be pleased to go to Derby to go more closely into the matter at any time convenient to you.
