RECEIVED RE 20 H.P. CRANKCASE. X.3536. You will recollect that we indicated on one of our crankcase schemes that the facing for the rear main bearing end cover could be reduced. We send you herewith drawing No. Lec.1146 shewing a cover in which the pitch circle of the stud holes is smaller in diameter, and the studs are 2 BA instead of ¼". Would you kindly incorporate this in your crankcase drawings. We have a scheme ready for the starter motor cradle, and when we have sent this, together with a scheme for the oil filler and breather, we shall have completed the crankcase information.
