RE 30 H.P. CRANKCASE.
X.3235.
RCVD/LOM{Mr Lombard}/CJB 13.10.18

You will recollect that we understand that the facing for the main bearing crankcase screws should be reduced. We send you herewith drawing No.L.1130. showing a cover in which the pitch circle of the studs are 8.1/2" dia. and smaller in diameter, and the studs are S.A.E. instead of B.S.F. Would you kindly incorporate this in your crankcase drawings.

At the moment the 30 H.P. is stopped on account of urgent work for the American chassis.

We have a scheme ready for the oil filler and breather, and when we have completed the crankcase drawings we shall have sent this, together with information for the starter motor cradle.
