Contd. -2- EFC4/T11.4.21. pinion. In explanation of this we would say that we want to examine this motor and possibly make certain tests upon it, and if we desire to place this motor on one of our 40/50 chassis for trial we shall make the necessary alterations in our own Expl. Shop, to adapt the reduction gear. We should therefore be glad if Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} would, as suggested, ask forthwith for prices of the two C.A.V. motors, types "SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}" and "SC", the former without pinion and the latter with pinion. We attach copy of Messrs. C.A.Vandervell's letter ref. AC/MB of 31st. ult. having handed to Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Thr the prints mentioned therein, also LeC.1373 referred to in R9/G6.4.21.
