Material and feature updates for the F.2 series.

With reference to BJ3/E.21.12.27. my previous memo was of course dealing only with the material affected by the new radiator and the rear spare wheel carrier. The only other feature which we are endeavouring to introduce on F.2 series is the battery in frame, and material for the second half of this series has been held up for this section also. We have of course already standardised and agreed to introduce at the commencement of F.2 series :- 1/- Parallel axle control. 2/- Improved Magneto. 3/- Battery Ignition Contact Breaker. 4/- Modified pipe to Exhaust Hot Spot.
