BENTLEY SERVICE.

I have never had a clear idea whether the Bentley Service Station comes under your control from Derby. The reason I raise this point is that neither Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} or myself have ever seen any of the people from Kingsbury. We have never communicated with them direct.

From correspondence we do not agree with a number of points which have been raised in connection with the service complaints on the Bentley car. If we had similar complaints from Cricklewood we should certainly either send someone down to see them or get them to come to Derby, but we do not know who is running the job at Kingsbury, or even where the Service Station is.
