| To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 246 Kingsbury, June 23rd.1937 BENTLEY - FRONT ANCHORAGE BRACKETS. We are returning to you 2 Bentley front anchorage brackets for your inspection. The Ball pin in both cases falls out of the housing, the slot being too wide. This means that should the contacts become unscrewed there is no safety prevention for the anchorage bracket falling away from the ball pin. These were received on advice note No.5054.
