With reference to your memo' Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}5/JH.23.11.37. the saving in factory cost if End Plates are cast in the Brake Drums in accordance with the above scheme will be 12s. 6d. per chassis.
