We attach hereto some correspondence which has taken place between this owner and ourselves relating to Exide batteries. It will be noted that up to the present we have been content to more or less leave the matter to be disposed of between the owner and the Chloride Electrical Co. i.e. we have merely conveyed the owner's remarks to the battery makers, and their remarks to the owner. [STAMP: RECEIVED] However, as the matter has now been going on for some time, we shall be glad if you will peruse this correspondence, and let us know as quickly as ever possible if you have any suggestions to make to the Chloride Electrical Co. with a view to overcoming the trouble. As we should like to get a reply away to the owner by to-morrow at the latest, we shall be glad if you will please let us have your remarks quickly, and return the attached papers with your reply. 19 att.
