Dear Mr. Skinner,

Will you please supply us with 3 large capacity petrol pumps at the earliest possible moment.

I shall appreciate it if you will kindly let me know when these may be expected. Will you at the same time let me know the position with regard to the bits we are supplying (unions, terminals etc.).

With regard to the 2-B-A bolts you fit to the base of the fuel pumps, these are not necessary in the case of the large capacity pumps, as these are mounted on rubber. Will you therefore instruct their deletion.
