(5) The vertical sections will be attached to the wood framed wall by long bolts and in no way attached to the floor. This will facilitate removal at some future date and provide ease of erection.

(6) A rolled steel joist of some form, either 'I' 'L' or 'U' shape will be mounted on the top of the wooden scaffold by cleats, and on the face of this the strip steel runner will be bolted by eccentrics and slides as in the original design.

The steel runner will be made in 4 or 5 lengths so that each can be machined on the upper edge in our works and suitably plated together.

(7) The board be moved out of the passage between Mr. Green's office and the wall as far as is allowed by the layout of the rest of the office. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} is to make a plan of the office layout.

(8) Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Hewitt will get the new body draughtsman who arrived on April 29th. 1940, immediately to produce a scheme of the board as described above. He will then detail the new pieces required and full instructions with details will be sent to EJJ/Addison.
