is a disadvantage. 2. The rims slip round on the wheels with excessive braking. 3. Owing to the fact of the wedges being choc-a-bloc the spare rim was smaller in diameter than the wheel consequently interchangability was interfered with. 4. The split rim device for removing the tyre worked satisfactory but there was no time or energy saved by this means. 5. The two sections of the rim do not retain their shape and the use of a mallet is necessary to get them together when tyre is fitted. 6. The waterproof band which is necessary to keep water from the joint of the rim renders it more difficult to fit a tyre than to the ordinary standard rim. 7. No security bolts or can be fitted with these rims. R.P. M | ||
