We have received a wire from Hy. {Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} stating that a further top leaf on the near-side front spring has broken. This makes the third front spring which has broken on 6-Goshawk-11 during 11,000 miles running in France. We have sent to HY. {Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} a pair of the new front springs with increased rating and have asked him to fit them to that car. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} , | ||
