Bellringer - Repair Manager} Reference Br1/H 17.9.24. which we think interests either the Experimental Dept. or Repair Dept. more than it does us. In the meantime, we would point out for Br's information that this scheme is not new, and similar schemes have had the attention of the Experimental Dept. in the past. However, if Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} or Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} have any comments, we shall be glad if they will reply to Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} direct. EP{G.
