After 483 laps near side front spring bolt broke.
* 560 * near side rear axle tube commenced to crack at the big flange.
* 604 * the stationary tube of the steering column broke off near the bottom flange.
* 664 * off side front spring bolt broke.
* 784 * off side front spring broke.
* 804 * off side front spring bolt broke.
* 824 * off side front spring broke.
* 844 * New front cross member fitted, old one broke right off at the flange. This was slightly cracked when the tests were begun.
* 905 * Pendulum steering lever broke.
* 988 * both rear half spring brackets cracked.
* 1125 * the buffer spring inside steering tube broke.
* 1175 * Double bevel rear axle removed and a new axle fitted (the cracks developed so bad that it was unsafe to run further).
* 1215 * Buffer springs in side steering tube broke.
* 1275 * Pendulum steering lever broke.
* 1431 * 3 buffer springs in side steering tube broke.
* 1494 * Bolts in rear engine brackets loose in frame.
* 1541 * Bronze torque sphere broke off at the neck (old weak type).
* 1571 * off side front spring broke, 5 plates broke at once across the centre.
* 1691 * 2 buffer springs in rear end of side steering tube broke.
