29th October, 1929.

Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
Derby.

For Attention of E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} W. Hives, Esq.

Dear Sirs,

On the 18th October we wrote you regarding the trial of our Central Chassis lubricating oil that you have been carrying out.

Mr. Limo intended to bring up this question during the Motor Exhibition, but although he made several calls at the Stand, he was unable to see Mr. Hives.

We shall be very glad to know whether the trial has sufficiently advanced to enable you to express an opinion as to the suitability of the oil for the Central Chassis lubrication system fitted to Rolls-Royce Cars.

Yours faithfully,
C. C. WAKEFIELD & CO. LIMITED.
