Attention - Mr. W.A. Robotham.

Dear Sirs:

We have just received a further order for a set of General Dual-10's for test purposes, and we wish to express our thanks. Unfortunately, General do not make the correct size for the Writer's Bentley, and as the tyres were worn badly after 7,000 miles, that is, the original India tyres, a purchase was made of 5 Goodyear heavy duty tyres.

The car now is definitely silent, and there is also a distinct improvement in the steering over and above the steering when used with India tyres.

We think that the above experience may be of interest to you, and we were naturally very disappointed to find that the India tyres, one of which burst on the road at 55 miles an hour, should wear so badly after a small mileage.

We know that the brakes are terribly powerful, and also, that the car is always driven at speed, but we think that at least 11 or 12 thousand miles should be achieved on this type of car.

The complaint as to noise on modern tyres is increasing, and your experiences as to the General DUAL-10 will be very much appreciated, and of course, would be treated in strict confidence, and a guarantee would be given that no mention of your name in any shape or form would be made.

Yours faithfully,
P.P. R.M. PAPELIAN LIMITED.
