To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.4/JH.14.10.36. Re Phantom III L.T. Ignition Wires. It is noted on Experimental cars that the short piece of L.T. Wire fitted on the distributor, deteriorates rather rapidly due to its exposed position, and we therefore recommend that this wire should be made up covered with a cotton braided, cellulose varnished and polished to make it oil proof. RV/RD Can this be instructed on production? Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. 2972 E.S.S. Inst'd 9-11-36 WSR R/JV | ||
