Copy From: THE HOUDAILLE HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION CO.LTD. C.D/D.S 41, New Bond Street, LONDON W.1 13th October 1926 Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., D E R B Y Dear Sirs, We enclose herewith particulars of the new Commercial model Houdaille Hydraulic Suspension. We are tempted to send you these inasmuch as we have heard to-day from the Factory that they are most successfully fitting this type Absorber to the back of the large 6 cyl. cars such as Delage, Renault, Panhard and Hispano Suiza. The only difference they make when fitting these commercial type Absorbers to large pleasure cars is that the levers and ball studs conform to those utilised on the standard car model; the levers and ball studs on the Commercial model being far greater than would be necessary if used in conjunction with Pleasure cars. The red shadowed drawing across the enclosed leaflet gives you the full size of this new Absorber, and we shall be glad to hear from you whether you could care for us to send you a pair to test. We think you would be very astonished at the results. Awaiting your reply, We remain, Yours faithfully, THE HOUDAILLE HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION CO.LTD Managing Director. ENCLOSURE No 146 "JUSTSO" | ||
