I thoroughly agree with E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} If the S.U. people are able to manufacture the pump in question in larger quantities than we require by supplying it to other people, then there ought to be a reduction in price, both as regards the reduced cost of production and their obligation to us.

We should press these points, and reserve making any agreement with them until we have obtained what we think is due to us.
