With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/IG11.12.25, at the request of the C.S.C, HO has again consulted Barker's on the question of the most suitable position for the side wheel carriers on 40/50 H.P. chassis and we now attach a copy of his report.
