Modification to the Phantom III front suspension bracket to resolve a fouling issue.

L^n. pipe coil to the pivots etc. on the front suspension has been modified from the N Sch., and asa result the pull-off spring-carrying pillar on the front brake idler lever fouls the nuts holding the bracket to the main lever housing.
