I am glad to note the information given in paragraph 3 and also that instructions have been issued covering the failures. With regard to the conditions of bumper test being increased in severity, I will raise this at our next conference and should be glad if Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} would give consideration to the matter prior to them.
