re Phantom III Front Suspension.

Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}1/E3.10.35

I am in receipt of E.3/HP.2.10.35 relative to the failure that occurred in France at the end of the 20,000 miles test.

I am glad to note the information given in paragraph 3 and also that instructions have been issued covering the failures.

With regard to the conditions of bumper test being increased in severity, I will raise this at our next conference and should be glad if Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} would give consideration to the matter prior to them.
