1138 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. 18/MH.{M. Huckerby} 30th. August 1937. Messrs. Clayton Dewandre Ltd., Titanic Works, Lincoln. For the attention of Mr.S.E.Willet. Dear Sir, Referring to our letters of the 12th. and 14th. of July, we regret that the car heaters which we suggested that you should test for us have not proved satisfactory in our hands. We are therefore arranging for a new one to be built and will forward it to you when complete. We should like to receive the modified heater (No. S.2.CA. type), (requested in our letter of July 14th.) as soon as possible and would like a second print of the drawing of the S2.CA. type. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
