be comfortably held in the hand, and as it is only for emergency use, need have no allowance for wear on its length.

Would you please send information to Mr. Royce regarding the use of the large sheet steel hexagon ring spanner 1.4" across the corners of the hexagon, also the use of the long cross handle square pointed spanner. Some curious file handles with a removable paper ferrule were inclined in the kit. Are these in order, and what is the advantage of the peculiar construction of the handle?
