L.P. Saunders, Esq.,
The Harrison Radiator Corporation,
Lockport, New York,
U.S.A.

Dear Mr. Saunders,

A friend of mine has had a look at the Thermostats you are making, samples of which you gave me, and is wondering whether any of General Motors' people are manufacturing them over here, or whether there is a chance of him being able to manufacture under licence.

He is already in the Accessory business, and used to be with Rolls-Royce some time ago.

I told him it was a very difficult manufacturing proposition, but he is perfectly willing to come over to America and see the production of the articles, if there is a chance of him being able to manufacture them.

Yours sincerely,
